MTC Practice ("the App") is developed and published by Kresko Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). We are committed to protecting the privacy of all users, particularly children. This privacy policy explains how the App handles information.

2. Data We Collect

None. MTC Practice is designed from the ground up to be privacy-first. We do not collect, store, process, or transmit any personal data or usage information.

Specifically, we do not collect:

• Personal information (names, email addresses, phone numbers)
• Account credentials (no accounts are required)
• Location data
• Device identifiers
• Usage analytics or statistics
• Crash reports or diagnostics
• Advertising identifiers
• Any other personal or non-personal data

3. Local Data Storage

The App stores the following information locally on your device only:

• Child profile names and avatars (chosen by the user)
• Practice scores and progress history
• App settings and preferences (e.g., accessibility options)
• Class and pupil information (Teacher Mode only)

This data is stored in a local database on your device. It is never transmitted to our servers or any third party. We have no ability to access this data.

You can delete all locally stored data at any time using the "Delete All Data" option in the App's settings.

4. Internet Connectivity

MTC Practice works 100% offline. The App does not require an internet connection to function and does not make any network requests during normal use.

The only network activity occurs if you choose to:

• Make an in-app purchase (processed securely by Google Play or Apple App Store)
• Restore previous purchases (communicates with app store servers only)

These transactions are handled entirely by Google or Apple's payment systems, not by us. Please refer to their respective privacy policies for information on how they handle payment data.

5. Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. We do not use:

• Google Analytics or Firebase Analytics
• Facebook SDK or any social media SDKs
• Advertising networks
• Crash reporting services
• Any other third-party data collection tools

6. Children's Privacy

MTC Practice is designed for use by children (primarily Year 4 pupils, ages 8-9) under adult supervision. Because we collect no data whatsoever, there are no special provisions required for children's data under COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) or UK Age Appropriate Design Code.

The App contains no:

• Advertising
• Social features or chat functionality
• Links to external websites (except app store links for purchases)
• User-generated content sharing
• Push notifications

7. Data Security

Since all data remains on your device and is never transmitted, the security of your data depends on your device's security. We recommend:

• Using a device passcode or biometric lock
• Keeping your device's operating system up to date
• Enabling the Teacher Mode lock feature if sharing a device

8. Your Rights

Under GDPR and UK data protection law, you have rights regarding your personal data. However, since we do not collect any personal data, these rights are automatically satisfied:

• Right to Access: There is no data held by us to access
• Right to Rectification: You can edit local data directly in the App
• Right to Erasure: Use "Delete All Data" in settings to erase all local data
• Right to Data Portability: No data is held by us to port
• Right to Object: No processing occurs to object to

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Since we collect no data, any changes to this policy would only relate to clarifications or legal requirements, not to changes in data collection practices.
